Public Speaking

Public speaking might not be your strong point. It’s something that most of us need to overcome in order to be taken seriously in our chosen fields. When you publicly speak about any subject you appear to be an authority on the matter of which you’re speaking. Even if you don’t know what you’re talking about some will give you the benefit of the doubt. Your job is to keep them captivated while educating them on the topic at hand.

This audio book covered everything you would need to get started in public speaking. It covers topics like how to get paid for public speaking which can come in handy if you plan on taking your act on the road. Please do yourself a favor and download and listen to this audio book. ITunes will let you preview the first couple of seconds of each track, so give it a try. You can also check Amazon.com, which is often a couple of dollars cheaper.

This system helped me get over my fear of speaking in front of crowds of people. Buy this CD and listen to it on the way to work every day or before you go to bed. I’m willing to bet you will soon have enough motivation to get out there and start publicly speaking.

To practice your public speaking I suggest you purchase a Livescribe Echo Pen.  Livescribe Echo Pens allow you to copy what you’re writing as well as record every second of sound while you write .
